  The price was right but the service has much to be desired, I purchased a gate operator that had a defective part, I was told they would send a replacement and when I did not receive it I emailed several times and called a couple times with PSS stating they would look into it and get back to me which they did not, I had to call once more stating I would call the company that manufactured the product to get results and then they said it is being shipped that day, this is two weeks after receiving the defective part and notifying them. We will see if it shows up, there may be more to this story.

  Really nice job! Perimeter Security Systems custom made and installed a gate at my Aunt's house in Newbury Park and it looks really good. They were very professional from the estimation process to the installation and the team at PSS were very easy to work with. We are super happy with the results.
