  When I first came to AWS, it was because my car's cooling system had a major problem. I had already taken my car (an older Volvo sedan) to three other mechanics in the area (two of which were Volvo specialists), and even after two major repairs, no one could find a long-term solution to the problem. My brother (a car freak) has been going to AWS for years and recommended I give them a try. AWS thoroughly checked over my car, found the problems, and made the necessary repairs that ultimately fixed the issue with the cooling system. I have kept AWS as my regular auto shop. Every oil change, they have meticulously checked over the entire car, sent emailed photographs with descriptions depicting any located issues needing resolve, and have provided me with detailed explanations of maintenance needs along with various options depending on my financial restrictions at any given time. It meant a lot that they would take the time to patiently answer any and all questions I had instead of hurrying me to make decisions or expecting me to simply take their recommendation at face value. It's apparent that they value their customers' trust. I'm moving out of state next week, and they took the time to methodically go over my car one last time, inspect everything and ensure it is road trip / winter weather safe, and humor my hyper-vigilant questions. I will miss my favorite auto shop, and can only hope to find a place of similar caliber in my new home. I highly recommend AWS Automotive to anyone.
