  I was prepared for a huge line as I walked in right before 5pm (on a Monday no less) to cash a check. Your associate Roger approached me and asked me about my visit. He was pleasant, friendly and let me know that I could cash the check easily at the atm outside. Also that I could receive a large portion of said check because it was under a certain amount. I had no idea!
  I appreciate the time he took to walk me to the atm and for offering to help me through the whole process. I haven't experienced that kind of courtesy from a business in quite some time.

  My co worker and I went to cash our checks between 10:30-11am on Feb 10,2018. This mexican young chick was my teller the other teller was a older woman she greeted everybody really polite big smile very professional. Ok well heres my experience with the young chick. I know I don't have an account with the bank but my check is from ur bank. Obviously my BOSS has a account with BANK OF AMERICA. SO I FIGURED U WILL CASH THE CHECK.. Teller FIRST TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY. $8 CUZ I DONT HAVE A ACCOUNT. I SAID "THATS FINE ILL PAY THE $8 . AND AT THE END SHE SAID 'I WONT BE ABLE TO CASH UR CHECK. CUZ HER MANEGER WAS ON HIS LUNCH BREAK .OHH K. THATS NONSENSE WHY ARE U WORKING AT A BANK IF U NEED TO WAIT FOR UR MANEGER approval . THE CHICK WAS MEXICAN JUST LIKE ME AND SHE STILL DISCRIMANATED. I SAY THAT CUS MY CO WORKER GOT HIS CHECK CASHED WITH NO ACCOUNT, SAME COMPANY ONLY DIFFERENCE IS YUP HES WHITE NO OFFENSE. AND A LIL LATER ANOTHER WORKER WENT TO THE SAME TELLER THAT DIDNT WANT TO CASH MY CHECK AND CASHED HIS CHECK WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW HE ALSO WAS WHITE. SO I JUST WANNA SAY A BIG THANKS TO THE HISPANIC YOUNG ROOKIE TELLER FOR NOT CASHING MY CHECK." NEXT TIME DONT TELL PEOPLE THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY $8.EIGHT DOLLARS. if they don't have a account with the bank and then tell then ur not cashing there check. Its not our fault your having a bipolar bad day .....bad service....Thank u.
