  I can't say enough about how this Lamps Plus runs their store. Whether we have come in with a minor repair, or made a large purchase, we have been treated with professionalism, courtesy, and great service.
  
  Even on a miscued, major fan installation that just didn't work within our master bedroom, Chris, the store's manager, provided a re-installation - free of charge and no questions asked. He even went so far as to request the best installation tech his installation department could provide. Our fan is beautiful and now works perfectly with its new placement. The re-installation was totally effortless for us.
  
  Lamps Plus Ventura will always be our go to store for lighting, fans and décor. This is a great place to spend your hard earned dollars at - they will treat you right.
