  I love this theater. It is beautiful and it provides an intimate atmosphere to see your favorite artists. We came to see Parachute and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. A big part of that was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I was especilally impressed with the head of security, I believe her name us Veronica. She treated everybody with respect. This was my 10 year old girl's first concert experience and she has not stopped talking about it. We were allowed to stay in the theater after the show, while we were waiting for our ride home. It is this level of customer service that will keep us coming back. Thank you to everyone at Ventura theater, we will definitely be making the train trip from Orange County again.
