  My husband and I have been patients of Primary Medical Group for about 8 years. Recently, we fell into some hard times financially and were unable to pay our bill in full monthly. We were advised to pay what we can when we can until things turned around for us. So we did until December when I spoke to them again and was told not to worry. They won't send us to collections and we can start paying again when we could (once I was able to get employment back) Note* because of this we opted not to go to the doctors during that time as to not rack up additional costs or take advantage of them. Today, I get a notice from Primary Medical Group for both of us informing us that effective in 2 weeks we will no longer be members of their group. We are being terminated as patients and are being reported to collections. This is over a $230.00 bill. No phone calls to us, no other form of notice amd no monthly bills. During the 2 weeks we have left they will only see us in an emergency situation and with cash payment (no insurance) however no further refills of medication.
  My husband has a heart condition (prior heart attack), High BP, High Cholesterol and Diabetes. He's on 6 medications a day. I have medical issues too and I'm on 4 medications. We are extremely disappointed in their practice and customer service. Now were left with refills due, no doctor and struggling to get answers.
