  So upset. I brought my bike in to get the inner tube of the tire fixed, which the owner said would be $8 for tire and $9 for labor. I also wanted my surf rack put on and he said he would charge $1/hr. I assumed it would take about 10-15 minutes to put the rack on (I would've done it myself if I had the tools). On my return, he had billed me $82!!! He apparently took the liberty to fix other things on my bike, and when I said I couldn't pay that he said he would undo all of his work. How sad and thoughtless. Rather than working with me on the cost, he literally undid all of the work! Bad business if you ask me. In all honesty, he should have called to check with me if I wanted him to tune up everything.... I could have bought a brand new bike for what he was going to charge me. Will never return.
  
  PS: one block down from this shop is a place that charged $5/hr. Super cool community. Where you can actually use their tools and learn how to fix your bike yourself!
