  Never a bad menu item. Best thing is that they allow you to request modifications... ie: Surf and turf taco salad! (They do shrimp or steak, but you can ask for both) Atmosphere is exceptionally pleasant from the surf decor and surf videos to the classic rock music. Kid friendly with indoor and outdoor seating available. Salsa bar has a great variety from mild to spicy.

  Really good food. A gem in Ventura County. Got the nachos. The host recommended that I get the kids nacho because even that was a lot of food. And she was right. I love when employees recommend better and more reasonable options. I live in LA, Snapper Jacks Taco Shack is worth the drive.
