  Paul Zahn is BEING NOW SUED FOR FRAUDULENT OVERBILLING.
  After I caught him OVERCHARGING me and sent him an email about the overcharges, HE ADMITTED THAT HE OVERBILLED me and immediately offered to decrease the bill with $4,500.The bill was for $9,000 for a document! One month later when his overbilling continued, in march 2016, he was fired. He may cheat and lie, but the evidence is in the court. Hopefully, he has learned the lesson and will stop overcharging clients. i think he will be more careful now, after TWO CLIENTS COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS OVERBILLING on yelp and avvo, AND when he is being sued for unethical and unprofessional practice of fraudulently overcharging. Paul Zahn is now trying to negotiate with the second client, since he is afraid of another lawsuit for fraudulent overbilling against Paul Zahn.
  Otherwise, Paul Zahn leaves the impression of a nice guy who does the job, although he did few mistakes in my case, which prolonged the case (increased his bill). He ALSO did things that I never authorized him to do, at my expense of course .
  I really liked Paul Zahn a lot initially with my girlfriend and trusted him. But then came the issues with overcharging, and Paul Zahn not telling me the truth, and he made costly mistakes in my case. We were extremely disapointed toward the end. The superficial impression was completely different from the reality.
  ADVICE: Put everything in writing (emails) and read how attorneys overbill, since it is difficult when you are not a lawyer to notice how you were overbilled. It may save you thousands of dollars. Be very careful!
  BTW, I witnessed people who did not have attorneys and won against people who had attorneys, since it is judges' job to rule fairly and see the truth. Many people who are disappointed by the attorneys go to the self help family center. There are so many people that the line starts at 6 am. I spoke with some of them and they were happy since without an attorney the judge was fair and they got a good ruling.
