  They allowed my bill to get soo high before taking action or informing me no phone calls no bills in the mail partly because they sent out bills during the height of the Thomas Fire that we never got so we were not aware the bill was getting out of hand we have payed our bill on time up till the fires hit we simply stopped getting bills. I tried to explain this to them but all they care about is money NOT the community on which they have monopolized in. Now I have a 281 bill and no way to dispose of my trash, it's not like I can go to another company. Poor customer service very poor.
