  Nice little visitor center introducing you to the Channel Islands. If you go to the top you can use the tower viewers to look around the area. While we were there we overheard and saw two sea lions on a dock in the harbor.

  Worthwhile visit if you'll be taking the Island Packers cruise over to the Channel Islands. 30-45 mins definitely is enough to canvas the display exhibits (an excellent preview of what to expect on the islands!) and enjoy the large aquarium inside.
