  I made an appt for a technician to come out for a Free Inspection and quote for rodents at my home. Was given a time slot of between 1 and 3 p.m. 10/31/17. Rearranged my whole day to be sure was home at confirmed time, yet 3 o'clock came and went with NO SHOW. I phoned...only to be told technician went home sick. Why couldn't anyone call or take 10 seconds to txt me?!?!? Life happens- I get that, but if they don't even have the courtesy to let their customers know- In my opinion- this speaks volumes of their service. So I say: "No thank-you to attempting to reschedule"!
