  I was very disappointed in the customer service I recieved from Lori in the bakery yesterday. At first I thought no one was in the bakery, after standing there for a few minutes and not seeing anyone to help me I asked a employee on the floor for help. He paged customer service to bakery and then Lori came walking out from the back. You could tell from her abrupt attitude she was frustrated and irritated that she had to come out and help us. At the same time another girl Hannah who works in the bakery came walking up and Lori asked her to help us so she could finish her break, but Hannah ignored Lori and walked to the back. Now Lori was ranting to us "I wanted her to help you but I guess not." I was in completely shock of her behavior towards us and her co worker! Lori then grabbed a pen and order sheet, so I started to explain what I wanted but she cut me off and told me that I should come back when the decorators were in... My order wasn't anything extravagant. I just wanted a small cake for my daughter and 40 rainbow colored cup cakes. (pink, blue, orange, yellow and green and purple) I couldn't believe the level of customer service I was receiving from this lady. The manager Frank was called over and he offered to place our order but I decided to go to a different store. We went to the Telegraph Vons the girl who helped us was extremely pleasant and helpful and we didn't have one issue. When we walked up she came out of the back and greeted us with a smile on her face and grabbed a pen and placed our order. We were out of there in 5 minutes. I'm not sure why this was so hard for Lori at the Thompson store! I'm very disappointed...
